My core skills are business administration and marketing. Furthermore, my strengths can be defined as hard working, structured, responsible, analytical, effective and result-oriented. I've always been passionate about customer segmentation, customer insights and journey mapping. After completing intensive UX/UI training, I'm now also able to translate the CX online.
