Lieven Haesaert is a commercial engineer and holds an MBA from Leuven-Vlerick Management School. He started his career at KBC Bank as economist, and subsequently worked with The Boston Consulting group for almost 6 years. Thereafter he joined eBay, where he occupied several positions including Head of Marketplace Development for eBay Belgium and Director Trust & Safety for eBay Europe. Since 2009 Lieven is working at ING Belgium, where he is general manager for the digital channels. Next to that Lieven occupies board positions at Isabel (online multibanking platform) and Qustomer (digital loyalty). He is also a co-founder at Uest/Zembro (bracelet for seniors).
